FSRP's Milestone Celebration
This summer, our Flexible Supportive Re-Housing Program' (FSRP), celebrated 40+ households in Sacramento County that successfully accomplished their goals within the program. Funded by Sacramento County's Department of Homeless Services & Housing, the program has been a housing solution for hundreds of households who have struggled with chronic homelessness.
A huge congratulations to our clients and thank you to our staff!

Mental Health Matters Day is an annual event that brings together mental health advocates, organizations, and community members for a day of education, storytelling, and action in Sacramento Ca, hosted by Mental Health of America of California (MHAOC).
Sustainable Wellness Solutions is proud to participate in this event annually by providing a resource table for community members and potential community partners.
