Carlos Yniguez
Carlos A. Yniguez is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in educational and service organizations, specializing in values-based program management, youth character development, and community relations. A second-generation educator, he is a skilled communicator, orator, and motivational lecturer with a proven track record in designing successful educational programs and fostering extensive business community networks.
The former Dean of Scholars and Director of Servant Leadership at John Adams Academy, Carlos currently serves in Academic Services Department as the Outreach and Compliance Specialist, where he focuses on government relations, regulatory compliance, new school development, community relations, marketing, and messaging for John Adams Academy’s network of schools.
Having served as Co-Director and Dean of Formation for the Sacramento Leadership Cooperative Program Charter School, Regional Coordinator for Conquest Boys Clubs, and as a behavioral counselor for Pride Industries, Carlos has extensive experience in behavioral health support, mentoring, and character development.
Carlos is dedicated community servant and is active in many service-based organizations and committees. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Guadalupe Radio, a faith-based, Spanish-speaking media company serving residents throughout Southern California and is member of the U.S. Army Community Relations Board, under the direction under the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army.
A Certified Paralegal by trade, Carlos is graduate of the Lorenzo Patino School of Law Paralegal Program, with extensive experience in the legal, corporate, and social services fields.
